Adam is the Director of Dileigh and is responsible for the overall management and coordination of a multidiscipline engineering team. He has more than 20 years’s experience in both civil and structural engineering works and project management within central Queensland in both the private and local government sectors.

Adam has been the central Queensland Branch President of The Institute of Public Works Engineers since 2021, and is a member of The Institution of Engineers Australia. He has a strong focus on understanding his clients needs to ensure delivery of practical and economical engineering outcomes.

Adam also has a passion for mentoring both within his own team and in the greater Central Queensland Engineering Community

Glenn joined Dileigh Consulting Engineers in 2016 and is an experienced civil and structural engineer with over 25 years’ experience in the design and documentation relating to many facets of residential, industrial, and commercial building and subdivisional works. Glenn has also provided contract administration and engineering supervision for civil works projects as well as consulting services to several local governments agencies within the Central Queensland area and the Department of Transport and Main Roads, Wide Bay/Burnett District.

Glenn is a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (REPQ) and is a member of both the Institute of Engineers Australia and the Institute of Public Works Engineers Australasia. Glenn is also certified to undertake Level 1 & 2 Bridge assessments.
Glenn has extensive managerial and business development experience in the consulting engineering industry including 10years as the Branch and Rockhampton Office Manager for Qantec McWilliam and later Opus International Consultants

Stuart Grallelis is a Senior Structural Engineer with 15+ Years of experience within the engineering and construction industry, working in a variety of engineering roles within State Government, Private enterprise and engineering consultancy, delivering a range of engineering projects covering residential, commercial, industrial and government sector buildings and infrastructure.

Stuart has been involved in the design and delivery of the $58.5M Queensland Cyclone Shelters program and cyclone refuge assessments with Project Services, as well as countless designs for structures in the cyclonic region of the Queensland coastline, including design of the Multi storey Local Disaster Co-ordination Centre in Yeppoon.

Stuart has undertaken numerous inspections and investigation activities for a variety of structures, including Bridges, Culverts and other infrastructure, as well as residential and commercial property investigations and damage assessments for insurance and litigation purposes.

Stuart is an Registered Practicing Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) and holds Engineers Australia NER Registration. and is a Professional Registered Engineer NSW. Stuart holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural), as well as a Bachelor of Technology, Advanced Diploma of Engineering and has training and qualification in areas of Bridge inspection (level 1 & 2) and Asset Management. Stuart is a member of Engineers Australia and the Institute of Public Works Engineers Australasia. Stuart has presented technical papers at regional and state engineering conferences and also served on the CQ Branch Committee of IPWEAQ.

Tony joined Dileigh Consulting Engineers in 2023, after having spent most of his career within local government. With over 28 years’ experience in the engineering industry, Tony has significant knowledge and skills associated with planning, investigation, detailed design, and construction of municipal infrastructure. He has specialised in the fields of water and sewerage, civil design, development engineering, and network planning. Tony has significant leadership experience and is a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ). He is a member of the Institute of Public Works Engineering Australia (IPWEA) and Engineers Australia (EA).
