Senior Structural Engineer

Stuart Grallelis is a Senior Structural Engineer with 15+ Years of experience within the engineering and construction industry, working in a variety of engineering roles within State Government, Private enterprise and engineering consultancy, delivering a range of engineering projects covering residential, commercial, industrial and government sector buildings and infrastructure.

Stuart has been involved in the design and delivery of the $58.5M Queensland Cyclone Shelters program and cyclone refuge assessments with Project Services, as well as countless designs for structures in the cyclonic region of the Queensland coastline, including design of the Multi storey Local Disaster Co-ordination Centre in Yeppoon.

Stuart has undertaken numerous inspections and investigation activities for a variety of structures, including Bridges, Culverts and other infrastructure, as well as residential and commercial property investigations and damage assessments for insurance and litigation purposes.

Stuart is an Registered Practicing Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) and holds Engineers Australia NER Registration. and is a Professional Registered Engineer NSW. Stuart holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural), as well as a Bachelor of Technology, Advanced Diploma of Engineering and has training and qualification in areas of Bridge inspection (level 1 & 2) and Asset Management. Stuart is a member of Engineers Australia and the Institute of Public Works Engineers Australasia. Stuart has presented technical papers at regional and state engineering conferences and also served on the CQ Branch Committee of IPWEAQ.
